THE YARD - SLUGGISH AND LAGGY

it is in no way a freezing issue. no that doesnt work. Ive tried EVERY SINGLE graphics combo imaginable.....1000s of others have this issue too. Its not a freezing issue....Have you listened to us at all? Its the game engine, it slows down to 10 fps or lower evey time you select the first mission. The only game mode that does this so that indicated game side issue. The devs have yet to acknowledge its existence.

I completely understand where the frustration comes from and it's really strange you're only seeing this within The Yard. To give some additional perspective on this situation, for this specific thread it has under 100 page views since August, which is extremely low compared to other threads on our boards. The Yard mode has been quite successful in terms of not experiencing too many performance issues or bugs, this is definitely one of the more popular threads within The Yard board here, but we unfortunately have a total of 7 players that have replied to this thread out of the Madden Community.

Do you see threads elsewhere online describing this issue that you can point to me so I can log that for our team? 

I've requested DxDiags and so far you and one other person has provided them. In order to help our team determine what's causing this for you all within this thread, it helps if we gather hardware specs to determine a common factor that's contributing to this. With the amount of players playing on PC, I would expect far more reports here if it's a bug within the game. It could very well be a bug, but it's hard to determine with the lack of data we currently have.

Have you tried a clean boot and then immediately launched the game as admin to see if that helps avoid this? I've seen random programs running in the background only impact specific game modes/features before. This is a way we can narrow down if it's a specific program conflicting with Origin.

I have the exact same issue. I also have my drivers up to date and have tried countless other combinations in an attempt to get this fixed.  Please help!

Go look at the reviews and mass refunds and tell me ANYTHING about this game has been successful......Most people that had the issue refunded the game due to the lack of help with issues. The stream boards and this board is full of people having issues. dont lie straight to the people having the issues. Devs dont want to help. THAT is the real issue. Madden is dying and this is why

As a heads up, I am taking off for the weekend. We have our Support teams below if you need immediate 1:1 help, otherwise I'll check on this when I get back. I noticed you had some RGB lighting, I've seen that cause technical issues with Apex Legends in the past. Any way you can test to see if there is any impact to the sluggish gameplay by disabling the lighting software/unplug anything in the USB drives other than mouse, keyboard, and headset?

The Yard also is outlandishly sluggish for me too. Every other game mode is fine but the yard plays like it’s slow motion.
