@As1anBoy16 It sounds like the email you used to login to your Madden Mobile account is for a different EA account.
Please check the email address assigned to your EA account that has your Gamertag/PSN ID linked to it and un-link the current EA account from your mobile account to re-link it.
We're not seeing any widespread reports of content not transferring, but players using a secondary EA account by mistake it a common accident we see.
