Hey @jujuselfmade, 

Can we try out some troubleshooting steps to see if we can help with the crashing/freezing issues you've been seeing? In some cases this can actually happen because of a connectivity issue. I think that would be a good place to start off. 

When you have the chance I'd recommend trying the basic connectivity steps over at the EA Help website. If it keeps happening after that check out the PlayStation-specific steps as well. Let me know how that goes when you can.

After playing the yard and winning or losing, you go into a new game and when it’s loading into the game it gives you a black screen and won’t go away until you close the application. I play on ps4 and this happens all the time and everything is updated new patch and everything.

@EA_Kent It happens everytime me and my friends lose. It blacks screens us when the next game starts, or it may not start at all. They need to fix their game

50% of the time, after I pick a team with my squad mate, we will find a game and try to load in. Once the countdown is over, we will get a black screen which forces us to restart no matter how long we sit there and wait. This is literally a launch day bug and it’s disappointing seeing no effort made to fix it. And no it’s not my connectivity.
