The Hawke Sisters after the war between Templar and Mages. Varric said Hawke are running first and Bethany was left behind in Free Marches to help the mages. I imagine her to be trying to protect her sister as she left Kirkwall through the dock.
Additional Note: I've posted this picture in my deviantart before, but I closed my account so I decided to post this one here since (maybe), would be a waste if no one else can enjoy this piece. Then if you happen to know me there, I'm not going to post the rest of the DA art I made there. you know why LOL.
