updated the sims 4 yesterday, still couldn't get on so i repaired it, origin then crashed and and i just can't get on or play sims, I have deleted it and reinstalled it, deleted the thin setup, i have no download cache folder also, please help took a day to update and now i can't get on at all, not good enough

@Zoelee1961  When you uninstall Origin on a mac, there are a few extra files that need to be cleaned out as well.  Here's a guide:
