sims 4 wont start never had issue before

It literally will just pop up in the "EA GAMES" little bit but then it stops and goes back to desktop, no notification why it closes it just closes after .2 seconds.

Any one else have this issue? Ive had the sims 4 on this exact laptop since it came out, never have had a problem before.
