island paradise can't continue with registration code mac

Hi,

Im so frustrated. Everything that could go wrong with installing this game has gone wrong. Anyway, im just bought island paradise from origin and everything was good until I put in the registration code and it won't let me press continue to complete the installation? 

I have the new MacBook Pro with the touch bar 2.9 GHz Intel Core i5 processor and Intel Iris Graphics 550 1536 MB graphics

If the Continue button is greyed out it is because the game code is not recognised. Make sure that you are entering O and 0, B and 8 I and 1 etc. correctly. If you are still having issues then you need to contact customer support and have them check your code. I find live chat is the most helpful, make sure your country is set to USA - https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
