Hey, all! Any idea how the Sims 4 would run with the specs pictured?

It should run, you may need to lower graphics settings to avoid bad lag, especially if you have a load of add-on packs installed.
There was an issue with your NVIDIA GPU a couple of years ago or so but I'm pretty sure it's fixed now. If not then you may need to update to Mojave.
