Mac Sims 4 Cheats

When I try I press command then shift and then press c but all it does is take a screenshot

It's not Command, it's CTRL, Shift and C.

i know to use cheats  but i dot know how to activate them

Hold down the Control key, the letter C key and the Shift key at the same time. This will bring up the cheat code box in the upper left hand corner. From there you can enter the cheat commands. To exit the Cheat box, hold down the same keys to close it.

I just have install the sims 4 on my macbook but there is a problem on my keyboard.

I can't type anything because the alphabet is not working.

Funny thing, I can use ctrl+shift+c but still I cant type the cheats code.

Please kindly help me to solve this problem :'(
