can't find a game

I am new to origin but am fully logged in.

I bought the Sims 4 on my Mac and installed origin too but can't find the sims 4,, my game library says that it it empty and I have nothing to install. I got an email confirming my payment by PayPal and showing my receipt, the money has been taken but still no game. Could anyone advise on how the solve this problem, thank you!

Are you logged into Origin using the same account you used to purchase the game?
