I expect to be upgrading to a new Mac computer probably within the next two years and I was thinking of using my current Macbook Air to play Sims 4 on. So my question is, will Sims 4 be playable on my Macbook Air (Early 2015) Model? I do plan on running all expansions and other packs as well.
Here are my Specs:
Processor: 1.6 GHz Intel Core i5 (Turbo Boost up to 2.3 GHz I believe)
Memory: 8GB 1600 MHz DDR3
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 6000 1536 MB
Storage: 256 GB

@Whosims97 Your specs are under the minimum requirements for TS4, and far under the recommended requirements. Specifically, your processor is insufficient for even the base game. From what I understand, TS4 is dependent to a large degree on a strong-enough processor, and the minimum for the base game is 2.4 GHz. So even with the turbo boost, your computer still wouldn't hit the mark. With only the base game on low settings, you might or might not be able to scrape by, but adding packs to the equation would increase the game's demands past what your computer could reasonably be expected to meet.
