Hi everyone
Everytime I open the game launcher and click play it takes me to a black screen that does not load. My game is up to date and I also have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I sometimes get the pop up:
Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1029760b.
Do you wish to debug it ?"
Whether I click yes or no the game crashes.
Can somebody please help me figure how how I can fix it? I have tried contacting 3 different EA advisors. One of them ended the chat after giving me a broken link, the other said to download the super patch which I did but the advisor told metro do so again, and the third advisor was very rude and closed my case after repeating herself many times by saying over and over to uninstall the game by downloaded an uninstaller and not giving me a chance to explain.
I play on a MacBook air OS Sierra early 2015 it has worked in the past I am unsure why it isn't working now. I removed all my faulty custom content.

Uninstall the sims 3 and origin then reinstall everything
