I installed/downloaded The Sims 3 a couple days ago on my MacBook Air through Origin. Everything worked fine but sometimes the game would freeze and I had to reset my computer. Today I installed The late night expansion pack and the high end lot stuff pack and now I'm unable to play the game, I put in a screenshot of what it says. Could it be because I don't have enough iCloud storage? I have downloaded a lot off the exchange but can that have anything to do with it? Please help I miss playing The sims 3 already haha

Hi @bellaxxth,
It could be there's something wrong with your user files. Let's do a test to determine if that's what is causing the issue:
Does it open now?

@beachbaby14, there are several issues with Sims 3 on the Mac at this time trying to play on newer computers. Did you try to follow the guide to installing Sims 3? Here is a link that provides all the instructions on how to launch and patch the game.

@beachbaby14 The server connection error is a known issue and has been for several weeks. There's a workaround for it, detailed in this post:
You may also get unknown error messages, which can have several causes. For walkthroughs of the various fixes, please see Bluebellflora's guide to installing TS3 in mac OS:
If you have trouble with any of the steps, please feel free to ask for more help.
