Sims 4 won’t start

Sims 4 will load when I click it but then it’ll say “”Unable to start: Initialization error at start up”. It won’t start up the game. I’ve tried to repair it and redownlod it but nothing is changing. What should I do?

Please run the Origin reset tool then try again. Disable Origin in-game too.
