Sims 4 is not working on my mac, it crashes every time I open it. I'm on High Sierra (10.13.4) for MacBook Air (Early 2014)

@firefade12 There are a few quick troubleshooting steps you can try. Open your Origin library, right-click on the TS4 icon, and select "repair game." You can also turn Origin off in-game. (Check out this visual

Try running the Origin reset tool for macs, and if that doesn't work, uninstalling and reinstalling Origin entirely. This would not affect your installed games.

Another thing that might help is dragging your entire TS4 folder out of Documents and onto your desktop. When you launch the game again, a clean folder will spawn with no content. If you can play with this folder in place, you can start moving content into it from your old folder, a bit at a time, while testing to make sure your game still runs.
