Sims 4 downloaded on Windows, no problem. Stopped at 91% on mac?

I found a solution. I finally decided to just reset my router. I don't know why I had to do this in order for it to work, my internet was fine. I was able to use netflix, the wifi on my phone and shop online. I'm guessing it just required more bandwith than anticipated.
It was still slow as all heck.

Reset your router. I had to do the same thing. It might take forever, but it should do it.

Hi all,
I just bought Sims 4 For Mac and the download keeps dropping out after 3-5 minutes of download time. My internet speed is a solid 3mbp/s so I don't see what the problem is! I have to force quit every time and start again just for another 5 mins of download. Is it a server problem?? HELP! I wanna play so bad!

Hello Again, 

The problem still persists!! I have managed to get the download up to 40% from just sitting on it and closing sims every 2 minutes. It's still very irritating! Has anyone found a solution?

It could be the amount of server traffic to download the game. Try again at a different time of day if possible. I've had this happen a few times on other games from Origin and it just turned out that I finally was able to download the game.

Thanks for the help! It's just very annoying when I have bought something and it just won't work! It seems hopeless!!!
