I've no idea I'm afraid. I wonder if it's just too much for your Mac to handle? It's not an exact figure is it? I think you said that it can be 2Gb, or 1.7Gb or just over 2Gb so I wonder whether some of your CC is really high poly/large files which it's struggling with?

I merged my cc altogether again and checked everything one by one, followed by in pairs and so on and I removed things that took a while to load and I finally could access everything, so far as slow downloads go its still an issue, but I have tried everything for it, guess can't have everything
