Sims 3 Mac Uninstaller Won't Show Options

I have not used origin. I got my expansion pack on disc and I also got the base game, Sims 3, on a disc. I have wanted to uninstall Island Paradise for so long. When I go to applications and find my Sims 3 Uninstaller, It says "Select the games you wish to uninstall" but for me, no option is there. Its just blank and I can't uninstall island paradise. I have been looking for a solution for 2 days now.

@ariany_aa  The uninstaller is reliable on a good day; it's always better to manually uninstall anyway.  Here's a guide that includes instructions for what to do when your uninstaller isn't cooperating:
