SIMS 4 WONT DOWNLOAD OR INSTALL ON MACBOOK PRO

I have a MacBook Pro and the Sims 4 will say its downloaded and then wont install. Sometimes it says I have to redownload it! its getting frustrating, I have had the sims 3 downloaded and it was fine> This is getting ridiculous. Does anyone have any idea why? and have a way to uninstall origin maybe to reinstall it? also any idea where I can talk to tech support?
