Origin Crashes when opened MAC

When I trying opening up Origin to play the Sims 4 it crashes after 2 seconds of being opened. This has been going on for weeks and I have been trying to play.

@Aydin747 There are several ways to troubleshoot this issue, including using the very helpful Origin reset tool. See the post below for a link to the tool, as well as a list of a few other steps you can take.
