My sims Four won't work

My sims and organ were not working so I made another home screen account. All the mods and saves were transferred but they didn't work and I don't have any mods or any of my saves I also pressed enable mods please help me I haven't played because of it for almost two weeks now.

In the new user account click on your Mods folder once to select it then go to File > Get Info. Under the General > Where section near the top of the info window please copy and paste the location of your Mods folder here.

1. Click on your Mods folder once to select it so it is highligted
2. In the top menu bar go to File > Get Info.
3. In the window that pops up look under the General > Where section near the top (see screenshot below but we need the location of your Mods folder)
4. Copy the location of your Mods folder
5. Paste it here in a post
