My sims 4 isn't showing up on my games library

I recently bought the sims 4 pack for Mac and pc and followed all the steps origin told me to do in order to see the game in my account games library but it hasn't shown up yet, is there any problem or do I need to wait more than a day or is it just not compatible for Mac?

In order to see and play the DLC, you have to own The Sims 4 on the same account  Packs are expansions for the base game, so you're unable to use their content without owning the base product.

If you don't own The Sims 4 on that account, I recommend getting in touch with our live support.
