My cc won’t show up and the cc button doesn’t exist in filter

So idk what happened but I play my game with mods and so I was in a game and when I loaded into a family the house wasn’t showing up so I went to a different lot and it wasn’t showing up either I closed out the game and restarted it. All of a sudden all my cc was gone and all my saves were deleted and I tried to make another cc thing after deleting all of them and nothing shows up so in the cas I tried to filter for the custom content option and that’s not an option anymore. I play Mac.

Do you have iCloud Drive enabled to store your Documents & Desktop in the cloud?

Have you disabled iCloud Drive as per the instructions? Just moving it doesn't fix the issue as it will keep moving your Documents folder to the cloud.

@floralovers

And you definitely have CC enabled in game?

Where is the location of your Mods folder? Open a Finder window and navigate to your Mods folder. If you don't have the path bar enabled at the bottom of the Finder window please click on View in the menu bar at the top of your desktop then Show Path Bar. Where does it say the location of your Mods folder is in the path bar that now appears at the bottom of the window? Please give the whole path bar location (excluding your user name).
