Do you have your game fully updated? If you right click on the game in Origin, you can look for updates. Please, make sure it is updated.

I encountered the same problem, tried your suggestion, alas it didn't work (I've tried multiple times, even restarted my Mac). Do you happen to have any other suggestion that could help? Thanks.

Who's suggestion are you referring to? Which update are you trying to apply?
