sims 4 Initialization error at start up, game not starting after 10/27 updat

I started my game and i didn't see my information (the information has lost )

 I close my game and restart game and i see warning unable to start

We just released a small game update for Mac users that should resolve this.

Hi @cyberluzie,

Do you have your game fully updated? If you right click on the game in Origin, you can look for updates. Please, make sure it is updated.

I encountered the same problem, tried your suggestion, alas it didn't work (I've tried multiple times, even restarted my Mac). Do you happen to have any other suggestion that could help? Thanks.

Who's suggestion are you referring to? Which update are you trying to apply?

i am having this issue after i had an update this morning. i tried to press keys as you suggested but that didn't seem to work. is there anything i can do? some suggested uninstalling or repairing.
