@dauphinargente81 Could you please make sure that your Origin client is up to date and also check for any updates for the game (Ctrl click the Sims 4 game tile in Origin client and select 'Check for Updates).
You could also add firewall/antivirus exceptions for TS4.exe or TS4_x64.exe.

Hi Kristi thanks for replying. Both Origin and the game are up to date. I am wondering if it is because I use custom content?
