Kittens are disappointed in holidays [ Edited ]

When a holiday ends I get a notification that the kittens in the household were disappointed that they couldn't fulfil their expectations for that holiday. 

I'm assuming this is a bug, since I can't influence what the kittens do.

Do you have any Mods installed which may be causing this?

I have never used any mods.
