I'm trying to pay with a prepaid visa giftcard and it won't let me?

Im trying to pay with a $50 visa giftcard i recieved from work. The card is activated and is full please help.

@mollyakers Hi, what were you trying to buy? Were you able to get this solved in the end?

Some items like recurring subscriptions might not work with pre-paid cards, could this be a factor here?
