A while ago (right before the Seasons release) I had some trouble with the game (I could create families, but the world wouldn't load). So, going by the turn off, turn on method, I tried to somehow reset the game. So, I deleted the folder and uninstalled the game. I installed the game back, but I couldn't find the folder. I uninstalled and installed the game again but still couldn't find the folder (I did start the game and I have no idea how is it working). Please help.

@LovesickPotato When the game can't find its folder (or there is no folder), it spawns a new one and places it in Documents\Electronic Arts. But depending on your computer's settings, iCloud may be trying to upload the entire contents of your Documents to cloud storage, TS4 folder included. You can check there for the game folders; if that's where they're going, you'll need to disable iCloud or change its settings. Here's a visual, in case it helps:
