How to download on Mac

I bought basic game access and after that it says that the game available on windows... Is  there any way to download on Mac heeeeeelp me please

If you are referring to Origin Access, it is only available for Windows. If you want to play Sims 4 you need to purchase the full base game.

Install Origin and log in to your account then click the game in the Game Library.
