I've been playing the Sims 4 for a while now, and nothing like this has EVER happend. I went to go download the latest update of The Sims 4 and it keep saying "Check your Connection, or Try again later over and over again. I waited a few days to and everything. I tried calling customer service and nothing has been working :/.
