I agree with you, the fact that nobody has said anything about the issue is frustrating. I’m a patient person, and if it will take a while that is fine I completely understand, but the communication on the issue really sucks.

Re: Update 1- I updated my OS to High Sierra yesterday and reset Origin just now and I am still unable to load any games in my library or start my Sims 4 game as Origin no longer recognizes it as purchased.

@lovestronger Please enable the Origin Beta Opt-In as stated in the accepted solution and try again next week (after the 27th).

Did you ever resolve this issue??? Mine is currently doing it with a couple of expansions i have purchased and they won't download!!!!!!!
