Downloaded and Installed Expansion Pack Not Showing Up in Origin Library

I recently updated my older mac and just tried playing Sims, and haven't been able to. I had been playing Sims 3 off the disc version of University Life, but today I kept getting a message that there was no disc found, even though the disc was definitely in my disc drive. I uninstalled University Life and then registered the code in Origin and installed the download, but now University Life is not showing up in my game library even after it said the installation had completed. When I look it up in the Origin store, it says I own University Life, but it still does not show up in my library and I am not able to play it. Any advice/tips?

Forget Origin for the moment, it is only needed to download Sims 3 stuff, not install or play it. Is UL showing in your Applications folder in the Sims 3 folder?
