Download error

When Origin had a new update for The Sims 4, I tried to update but when progress comes to 48% I get this error message. 
I have tried to follow the path but when trying to enter the SP12 folder it says that the files are broken and therefore I can't open the folder. 

Tried to uninstall Origin without any succes. 
I'm using Windows 10 - please help!

@DKSisix  This is the sims mac section of AHQ, so you might have better luck posting in the technical issues section of the Sims 4 category.

But since you're here, there are a couple of ways to uninstall Origin on a PC.  You can also try clearing Origin's cache.

You might want to try some intermediate steps first, though, as a complete uninstall and reinstall can be a real pain.
