Application not responding on Macbook

I cannot launch my game at all, it shows black screen with cursor spinning. When I do right click on The Sims it says 'Application not responding' 

I have been trying everything, reinstall the game, turn off Origin in game. the EA support told me to reinstall Origin, but that didn't help either. 

Anyone has the same problem and know how to solve this? I have bought a lot of game packs and stuff packs and haven't played since. 

 

I'm using Macbook pro Early 2015
