Did upgrade this morning and got to his message"unfortunately free play has stopped" I use this tablet which is an Android 6. I was able to install it on my cell but I need it on tablet due to eye sight. Please help!!!!!

Yes, I just reset it to factory defaults. Going to try and reload now.

I'm sorry to hear you're crashing out of the game. Let's see if we can track down what's causing it. Do you get that message every time you start up the game on the tablet? Does it happen at a specific point when trying to play?

Thank you for getting back to me, I figured it out on my own. Thins last update made my android 6 table incompatible. I was using my table due to my poor sigh is not the best and I can't afford to get new tablet every time you upgrade your systems. I have it on my cell now but its to small for my eyes to read it good enough , I don't think I will be able to play much more , and i had spent alot of money on the game and now to me it was wasted.

Thanks for the reply, @Evallelee.

 

According to The Sims FreePlay system requirements as of the latest update on April 29, 2019, the game requires Android 4.1 and up. If your tablet is running Android 6 (Marshmallow), then it should still work. To help track down why it won't work on your tablet, what is the make/model of the device?
