sim stuck listening?

i was doing the lovey dovey balcony quest on an iphone 8+ and when i went to chat with the grim reaper i accidentally clicked the option “listen”. now my sim is stuck and i can’t click on them to use lps and i cant complete the task because i cant click on the grim reaper. when i try to click on the sim the green arrow hovers above but then goes away! what do i do!

never mind i got it to work! i sent one of my sims home!
