My sim went through her pregnancy fine but right when she gave birth my baby was gone I have no cc or mods someone help

I did use the in labor cheat is that why or is it a glitch

You're in the Sims FreePlay forum. but it sounds more like you're talking about sims 3 or 4? Which one is it?
