Video Ads Freezing [ Edited ]

A couple of times I have had to restart my device because a video ad will freeze and I cannot get back to the game.  While I understand this may well be due to my internet (which fluctuates a great deal) or even to my device, I thought it worth mentioning since advertisers so dearly want ads to play in the game.  They should make their ads so that they run with a minimum of fuss, otherwise, they will not be seen.
