Update not working

The October 2017 update won't work, it gets to 47% then stops. Any ideas?

Welcome to the community! I'm sorry for the wait, are you still having this issue?

If so, first thing I would do is making sure you have enough free space in your device for the update to download. Could you check that?

If that's not the problem, are you on iOS or Android?
