Hello The Sims Support Team,

I was just almost done working on the babies diaper change table when the event ended could you add the change table to the infants category I really appreciate it.

If you are referring to the changing tables unlocked during a previous event, you can only unlock them while the event is ongoing. If you don't collect enough items before the event ends, you have to wait until the event returns, which it may or may not at some point in the future.
