The sims freeplay bug !! Helpp!!

I was playing the sim freeplay and doing the new pregnancy quest

When I click in the quest icon to collect my reward

The game froze and no matter how hard I tried to resolve, no help

I even delete the game and reinstall but same problems keep happening

i cant click or do anything
