[The Sims FreePlay] cant log into the cloud [ Edited ]

Hi, 

I cangetter the cloud to connect using my Facebook login.  It finds my details, but next tboxboard Facebook box, which contains my name, is a red circle with an exclamation mark. please tell me how I can get the 2 talking to each other. I've been trying to check setting for hours and can't find anything wrong.
