Sims stopping actions

My sims is starting to stop actions in the Royal Linage-task.

I says it takes 5 seconds, but when I start it, it says "13 seconds"
After 3 seconds it stops the task, just like that.

I really whant the price within the limit, så please help me..

I have tries deleting my game and start it again. Im always closing my game via the home button.
It doesn't help using lp, så i really don't know what to do.

My english is very bad, and my grammer also, so please donøt comment that (:
