Sims lost social points

Sims freeplay After the update my social points went from 14 to 6. I instantly lost 8 points I was saving for the nightclub how can I get these points back? Thank you

Please troubleshoot your issues by doing steps below:

1. Please try restarting the app
2. If it does not work, try rebooting your device
3. If your problem still didn't fixed upload your game to "Cloud" and reinstall the game. When you go back into the game, go to the "Cloud" and download save data. Note: the save data will be lost in 7 days after the upload.
