Sims freeplay visiting other towns

For sims freeplay, I'm not a Facebook user nor do I want to be. Is there any way I can be assigned a different town to visit? I was assigned only one town and I would like to change towns as I wish. I will never complete the tasks, the town I was assigned isn't developed enough.

Aye can't get my quest's done because aye only have one town that has nothing in it so it's annoying aye had the same quest for good few months and aye am not on Facebook so it's not good for people that do not go on it

If you play on an iPad or iPhone you can add neighbors through Game Center, if you play on a windows mobile device you can add neighbors through Xbox, and on an android device I think you can add neighbors through Google. Go to this link and post your neighbor request along with your user ID for which ever device you use.
