Sims Freeplay Town worth not increasing

I purchase a sims two story mansion a couple of days ago, and my town worth never increased. Is there any way to fix this?

 My town worth never increased since two months ago.I already build police station etc(sorry my bad english)

• Upload your save to the Cloud and contact the support team.
• Make sure to include your Player ID so they can locate your save. The player ID is located in the "about" section, in the game menu.
