Question. I built a house for a new sim. I abandoned the new sim by mistake and relocated a family to the new house. When I go in to add a new sim, I can't. It says that a sim is already being added to the town and I have to wait till they are finished before I can add more. The question is, how do I get this other sim finished to add more? I tried demolishing and rebuilding a house, but that did not work. Any help you have will be greatly appreciated!! Thanks.

Did you happen to create a baby for your sims family? If so you have to click the bubble over the baby to complete the process.

I have had the exact same problem and still no answers. I've bought new property and that didn't work either.
