I cannot get to the basement of the DIY home. I restarted my device. I deleted the game and redownloaded it (and lost 22 hours of progress and a $14.99 purchase). And I STILL cannot get to the downstairs of the DIY home to complete the task in the DIY Homes: Basement of Kings quest. I cannot just skip the task with LP or else I would. So HOW do I complete the task????

Are you getting the blue feet over your Sims head indicating that they can't go down the stairs, or is it another problem?

If it's the former, there's a glitch in Sims Freeplay which means there's a problem with Sims using the stairs, so it may be a case of relocating a door/doorway or relocating the stairs.

Yes! The blue feet appear above the sims’s Head, however this is at the DIY home and I am unable to make changes to the home.
