No replies to get help in freeplay

I would love the game but my daughter who got me started lost almost all her progress etc. despite many attempts to get help and at least answers from the fire help, she has received nothing. She has been a loyal player since the beginning and I wish she could get all her hard work returned. My small requests always answered promptly...hers hasn’t even been attempted to be resolved. Any suggestions from EA or other players?

Same here, i also made an ingame purchase but my game crashed, so when im about to restore my cloud save, the save file was prior to my ingame purchase.. i wish they have chat support so they could attend to loyal players like us..

It would be very good business. Other than fear of losing everything, I enjoy the game a lot.
