Neighbors wood working table

I am supposed to use my neighbors wood working table. Can't find it. Googled were to find it and found out the answer is that it's in the competition center but i can't find it! Do I have the wrong info? I want to complete this goal. Thank you😄

It's not the competition but the community center where you can find the woodworking bench. It's at the very top of the map in the left corner.
